Oilfield Services Company seeking a senior level Sales & Operations Executive with very strong MEP, fabricated steel, potential oilfield experience. The successful candidate will be a profit sharing leader in the development of the MEP Division.  This is a profit sharing position.

Title: MEP General Manager & VP Sales - Steel
Industry: MEP / Steel (Stainless & Processed) / O&G
Compensation: Strong base plus profit sharing = 
Location: Fort Worth area

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in senior level Sales/BD and Operations Management within the MEP,
steel fabrication and/or oilfield services industry.
- Strong MEP maintenance services experience in leadership roles and technical roles.
- Strong understanding of stainless steel and process steel fabrication industries
- Strong Sales / Business Development experience in steel, MEP, and related industries
- Strong rolodex of contacts.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing operational efficiency
.- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
