Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell chemical products and solutions to clients in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy sector and industrial chemical applications, with a proven ability to drive business growth and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and proposing tailored chemical solutions.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations for drilling, production, and refining processes.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, logistics, and technical service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience with chemicals in the oil & gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial and specialty chemicals used in upstream/midstream/downstream operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and industry events.
