Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting the sales and project teams with pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost analysis, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
· Review project specifications, technical drawings, and customer requirements to develop accurate cost estimates
· Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to determine competitive pricing for emissions control equipment, stainless steel vessels, piping systems, and structural fabrication.
· Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to gather necessary data for cost estimation.
· Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and pricing models for proposals and bids.
· Support the sales team by providing cost-related insights and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
· Monitor market trends, material costs, and industry standards to maintain competitive pricing strategies.
· Maintain accurate records of cost estimates, proposals, and project data in the company’s CRM system.
· Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 2+ years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in manufacturing, fabrication, or emissions control industries.
· Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in cost estimation
· software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with emissions control equipment, stainless steel fabrication, or related industries is a plus.
